What is planned for this land in the future? Will there be a parking lot, trails, picnic shelter? BEFORE VOTING YES, WE NEED MORE INFORMATION FOR FUTURE USE!
The park district's goal is to create a trail that respects the existing terrain, has as little negative impact to the land as possible, and allows good access. There will be a small parking area for those who use the trail. A portion of Silver Creek runs through the property, so the park district will protect the watershed area. It is unknown yet whether the trail can connect to trails in the West Woods, which is adjacent to the Music Street property, but that will be looked at and discussed with the Geauga Park District.
